The S&K Scholarship is offered by the NYU Center for Cybersecurity to students in the NYU online Cybersecurity, M.S. at NYU Tandon (the NYU Cyber Fellows program). It helps students from underrepresented groups complete a graduate degree in cybersecurity. The selection criteria are financial need, academic merit, and a commitment to the cybersecurity community. Sabrina and Omkhar Arasaratnam established the scholarship in 2021; they administer it and fund it privately. Since 2021, 36 students received it.
